I wonder what Henry was thinking when he taught Clare cooking. Yes, the ketchen bench is too high for him to cook on wheelchair. He has been the cook since they met. I bet he wanted Clare to know how to cook so that she could take care of herself after he's gone. It is heartbreaking to imagine what he felt in his last days.
